Listing alert service
You get email alerts when new listings are added to this site. You can get alerted about every new listing, or enter alert preferences which would only send you an alert when a new listing matches your selection.
How it works
First you need to enter your email address in the box above, then hit the "Continue" button. An email will be sent to you instantly (with the subject "Email verification") containing a verification link which you must click on to verify your email address (if you can't click on the link, you can enter it into the address bar of your web browser).
When you have clicked on the link, you will be taken straight into the listing alert management page. The page will display your automatically generated username and password (this only appears when you first visit the page). You will be sent a confirmation email (with the subject "Email verification accepted") containing your username and password, and information about using the service.
You can simply hit a button to receive alerts about every new listing that is added to the site, or you can select particular criteria for your alert. The options are Minimum price, Maximum price, House type, Minimum bedrooms, Garage, Place name, State. Once you have made your selection, you will only get alerted when a new listing matches it.
When a new listing is added that matches your selection, you will receive an email (with the subject "New house listing") giving you a link to it. Alert emails are sent out once a day. If there are no new listings that match your selections, then you will not receive any emails. If there is more than one new listing that matches your selection for a particular alert, then you will receive one email (per relevant alert) with multiple links to the new listings. You can make as many alerts as you like.
Registration
You do not need to register as such. All that is required from you is your email address.
Manage your alerts
You can log in at any time to manage your alerts. You can edit, delete or add new alerts.
Duration
Your subscription is valid for as long as you want it to be. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cost
The service is entirely free.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the service at any time. To do so, log in from the "Login" link above, then click on the "Unsubscribe" link. You will be asked to click a button to confirm your unsubscription (for those who click the link in error). When you have unsubscribed, ALL your information is deleted from our system.
If you have forgotten your username and password, you can request them from the login page.
